guys its called a auto key/mouser. You can link your mouse with your key Board set a macro which records your mouse moments and buttons that you press. I've got it set to switch from my combat special/attack thing to my inventory and click in the first 3 slots or last slots or just click in the first slot only depends on if its food or pots or a wep.I don't know if its bannible in runescape though But its nice to have. Its just that little second faster which can be everything.
