Good job! I met a 66 year old man the other day that they call the King of the Wheel Exercise. This man had his feet close together and with a single wheel he rolled out to a flat position stomach touching the ground 50 times and then laughed about it when he was done. I am still in disbelief about it. Keep up the good work.
@BabaQaga, I think this guy does a lot of "alternative lower-back strengthening exercises" which he is keeping secret, that's why he can do the wheel with such ease...
by the way no one in my gym has been able to do this, I like to dare those roid's monsters every time I can, they can't even do one, and myself a regular guy beat them. every time.
well done, I do them too, but I think that you could have your neck more straight in relation with your whole body to do a perfect horizontal/flat line.
