  • Good job! I met a 66 year old man the other day that they call the King of the Wheel Exercise. This man had his feet close together and with a single wheel he rolled out to a flat position stomach touching the ground 50 times and then laughed about it when he was done. I am still in disbelief about it. Keep up the good work.
