Ok that is a nice bike porn.I have this bike too and this is so funny to see others surprise when they check the weight of that full, because that is bloody light.
If i didnt know any better id say thats at the top of the Tamarancho loop just before heading towards rocky section. Im on the fence between the Specialized and the scott there both 22 poundsish and about same cost anyone have any input would be greatly appreciated
SURE!!! that is EASY! It is defective. Take it to the shop that you got it at! Specialized is giving a 5 yr. warranty of the futureshock products. Dont WORRY! I had that problem and they fixed it for free. Unless you go somewhere OTHER than where you bought it. Pass it on to anyone else you know also!
Hi, so my front shocks are losing air. I was told the seals are done. Should i have to pay for that? its this exact bike on its 3rd year. You mentioned something about a 5 year warreny? is that for forks too?
How old is your bike? How often have you had it serviced by a professional? What is the timeframe between tune ups? I just know because this is what they expect. If you never service it and it goes to crap... your warranty could be jeopardized because you did not "follow the intended instructions". However, don't think of it as a barrier. Email them first with all the details, and then consult your local mechanic. I just had mine overhauled with new seals for $48. Good luck!
Had the front shocks done,it was 55 bucks,,,,thatns for your help. They never did the seals thow, The guy told me to replace them every year. Whats there exact purpose anyways? im wondering why they didnt replace them now too.
I blew 1 shock and I'm currently having my fork internals replaced, all covered under the new 5 year warranty. Rear hub went bad too. Should also be covered under warranty, going to ask my LBS.
Beautiful scenery, beautiful ride. I've owned the black 08 Comp for over 6 months now and I still sit and stare at her! I was apprehensive dropping 3K+ on a bike but have not regretted the purchase once.
not really, the shock has a semi lockout but even when I don't use the lockout...it still doesn't move much, unless I'm in an out of the saddle spint.
im doing research in what to buy, enduro or stumpjumper. what should i pick?
