His ideas are, to quote Bachmann, perceived as "dangerous" by the establishment Republicans; politicians don't wish to return to strict Constitutionalism because it would erode their power. And I'm not sure he'd want anything to do with them, either; he's very principled and votes the way he feels is right, regardless of pragmatism. He might see as joining under another joker as infringing those principles; I think it was a stretch for him to even return to GOP

What domestic policies does he hold that will not favor the wealthy at the expense of workers? And their "like" percentage is between 70-90%. And the videos that debunk the no-planer nonsense? Around -50 to -100 "like" percentage. Ie. there are 2 times as many dislikes as compared to likes.

I disagree a BIT on ""psychology" technique", its actually part of English rhetoric called logical fallacies. Became very popular in north American English that most people use it without knowing. Mainly because commercials and such mixed with propaganda became common in 20th cent.
Best way to battle it is to point out the fallacy then address the underlying issue. Look up logical fallacy list if you want to identify and battle it yourself effectively.

(1) The Federal Reserve is not a govt entity but a privately-owned corporation that prints & lends money to the US govt w/ the interest that can never be paid. It is a major cause of so many financial problems of the world.

The anchor was instructed to use a "psychology" technique consistent in dropping accusations in an attempt to diminish the importance/value of the target.
Most likely he was following a script based on that, because it's obvious he doesn't know how to deal with it.
Unfortunately -for him and his puppeteers- "psychology" is just a useless bag of garbage (unless targeted to "believers" in it) which doesn't work.
And most people can see right through it.

I disagree a BIT on ""psychology" technique", its actually part of English rhetoric called logical fallacies. Became very popular in north American English that most people use it without knowing. Mainly because commercials and such mixed with propaganda became common in 20th cent.
Best way to battle it is to point out the fallacy then address the underlying issue. Look up logical fallacy list if you want to identify and battle it yourself effectively.

Well, despite how condescending the interviewer was, I'd say Doug handled himself very well.
