@disibioBJJ thanks for the feedback! I say "stay loose" no idea why but i said in in one of my first vids and then for some reason just kept saying it....
Jay Bell you are the man! Great instructions! I always love your variations. Keep on sharing. (now to see if how long it takes me to pull it off in class)
@jbelljitsu Most definitely!! I've pulled off the armbar and the sweep from my back and I'm sharing it with everyone who will listen. I have yet to get the armbar once I've completed the sweep mostly b/c I get so excited I forget to switch to the S-mount in time. I've been experimenting combining this with the Iron Hook series. The main variation here is once you've trapped both arms you hip out so your hip bone is against the back of his elbow.
Gosh.. i love Jiu-Jitsu C: , Ive been training for about a year and a half now, and i have to say its well worth it and it really teaches you. Great video man!
One of the guys I showed this to during training prior to his BJJ comp in Co Springs used this. The other guy rolled but he said the guys arm popped a couple times. He let it go and continued from the mount to finish the match. He got second in the tourney. Lost the final on points. He finished the others. He spent to much time looking for finishes vs wrestling to get better positions then finishing.
@jbelljitsu Well thanks for the instruction. They guy I stuck it on thought I was attacking the other arm. I'll kep watching your vids and looking for a chance to catch someone in your variations.
@MrMonkeyjew82 nothing is as easy as just doing it against a tough opponent. That being said, just do it and if you work it enough maybe that tough opponent won't be so tough in about 6 months.
Clever! Going to try this tonight LOL! What do you say at the end? "till then,, (hang loose gesture),,, ?"

This worked flawlessly. No one ever expects you to trap that other arm. Good stuff!
