I kinda disagree..

It is a good entry level FPS game, but it is also a good all-rounder.

And yeah, there will always be a smal minority of people on any server who are out and out twats.

But generaly speaking it does have a very good comunity, not just on infinity wards behalf, but outside organisations that organise clan leagues.

The game-play online is more varied than any other FPS i have played (Excluding BioShock) and it beats its nearest competitors handdown at the moment.

Well you decide... Both games are fun, but still COD4 has amazing war experience! It is like you're actual in war, with cinematic stuff happen, and some parts are like HOLY FUCK parts! It is about experience more than difficulty... Meaning the last boss (well not actual a boss) is an experience! And amazing experience, and after it is finished you feel good! And he is right you do play levels repeatedly...

So if youre looking for a good single and multiplayer game CoD4 but if you want really fun co-op - Left4Dead. Can't go wrong with Valve

at the beginning they say the developers were able to make things up... while they were shooting the javelin ATM, an actual weapon. i was just diappointed with the barrett .50 cal in multiplayer, in real life that thing'll rip a man into several peices, in COD4 anything but a vital shot won't kill them instantly. which is ok i guesse, otherwise it'd be too good.

Get COD4 then Assassins Creed. GOW is good but is essentially a mediocre shooter, its revolutionary 'duck and cover' isnt so revolutionary and has a pretty unimpressive storyline. So COD4 is your best choice.
