Robo on drums who was around in the early days from time to time (also played with Black Flag among others), Dez Cadena (Black Flag guitarist and one time lead singer), and Jerry Only on bass and lead vocals. The shows are decent and I like that Dez sings some Black Flag as well but Jerry is far from a great singer. A Danzig show is still amazing!

Glenn Danzig and Jerry taught Doyle how to play guitar. Doyle has recently played Danzig-era Misfits with Glenn and has played Graves-era Misfits with Graves... best of both worlds. Not really interested in the newest Misfitsstuff with Jerry as the singer... although I did see them live and they put on a great show.

I'm 18 and a huge Misfits fan, but not the typical fanboy. I heard of them from a guy I work with who went to Misfits shows in the 80s. I actually have original copies of all their old stuff. I write horror punk myself. My band does a lot of old Misfits covers. I can name all Misfits songs in under 5 minutes. Hate when people stereotype fans under 25 to be emo hot topic fags. Know enough of them, I'm not one. Atleast I can rightfully wear their shirts (which I make myself btw).

Danzig did write Last Caress, and Graves doesnt do it justice... But i dont think there are any legalities about Graves preforming Danzig's songs, just not redistributing them or re-recording them.

Id have to respectfully disagree. I was a fan of the "old" Misfits first, and when they reformed with Graves we were sceptical, but my friends and I were won over by American Psycho. And we were "heavy" Misfit fans. Some liked it and some didnt. There is that "Hot Topic" crowd you're talking about, but there were some of us old skool guys who dug it too. Graves and Danzig, very differant, but eerily similar when it comes to them as people.

I'm 18 and a huge Misfits fan, but not the typical fanboy. I heard of them from a guy I work with who went to Misfits shows in the 80s. I actually have original copies of all their old stuff. I write horror punk myself. My band does a lot of old Misfits covers. I can name all Misfits songs in under 5 minutes. Hate when people stereotype fans under 25 to be emo hot topic fags. Know enough of them, I'm not one. Atleast I can rightfully wear their shirts (which I make myself btw).

How is Graves Singing This SOng...I The Legal Case Declared them the right to continue preforming as THe Misfits but they Couldnt play any of the Song Danzig wrote...which is why you wont find a video of Graves Singing Skulls, Hybrid Moments, Londen Dungeon, 20 Eyes, Etc...And i Was almost 100% that Last Caress Was in that list...someone plz set me straigjht!!! lols

Danzig did write Last Caress, and Graves doesnt do it justice... But i dont think there are any legalities about Graves preforming Danzig's songs, just not redistributing them or re-recording them.

Id have to respectfully disagree. I was a fan of the "old" Misfits first, and when they reformed with Graves we were sceptical, but my friends and I were won over by American Psycho. And we were "heavy" Misfit fans. Some liked it and some didnt. There is that "Hot Topic" crowd you're talking about, but there were some of us old skool guys who dug it too. Graves and Danzig, very differant, but eerily similar when it comes to them as people.

lol No, Graves era Misfits was pretty good. They just shouldn't have covered the old material. Famous Monsters was actually a pretty fucking good album, especially classics like Helena, Scream, Pumpkinhead, etc. Misfits with Graves was just different. Not better or worse just different. Same as early Misfits was completely different to Earth A.D./Wolf's Blood.

It's Graves. Fuck Danzig! He released ten songs seventeen times. At least Graves wrote songs with verses & choruses, instead of writing one really long chorus & repeating it over & over again. Danzig's a money - hungry, asshole, sellout & Graves is a better singer. Fuck what any of you have to say about Jerry Only. He's the only living member & he's trying to keep what he loves & what we all live for alive. That is commendable.
