Last year had some great HD Collections with MGS, ICO and Sly, but this year... ooooh this year is gonna rock. Jak now, DMC later and Zone of the Enders soon after that. Can't wait! This was easily one of the very best trilogies on PS2 and damn good games.

Though I'm all for a HD Collection, I remember the Jak and Daxter series having way better graphics and picture quality than other PS2 games. Just look at Daxter...he's smooth and detailed. Other characters like Clank and Sly had corners on their heads, instead of being smooth and well shaped. This series looks like PS3 quality already, can't wait for the Collection!!!

@SolidusV2PS3 Sad thing is the 2 guys who originally made Jak and Daxter (Well even made Naughty Dog) Left naughty dog which is the main reason Jak was put off for so so long (IMO) mainly because the original vision of this game has been lost D: hopfully if they start making Jak 4 they ask those 2 to come back. As history shows. making a squeal without its original creators, fucks it up.

Amazing finally I loved this games. So glad upgraded graphics. Idc about graphics that much but if.u do make collections or remakes a polish so no fuzzy is.amazing.and makes.more enjoyable to look at. I would.love them to.decide on ratchet and clank collection with the 4 from insomniac and size matter,secret agent clank. And another jak collection with jak x less enkoyable but still jak lost frontier, and dexter. Kingdom hearts collection! And include ff x2 with ffx they r remakeing. Dark cloud

@WhiteGamerGuy1337 Haha you mention fuzzyness, trust me bro i couldn't agree more but since i couldn't wait for this remake and i still LOVE my ps2 to death i bought it a pair of ps3 component cables and WOO trust me no more fuzzyness with 480p! try it out! (for non hd remakes) Actually check out my 480p recording of this game to see what it looks like on a HD screen (sorry for the camera's lacking ability to go above 360 on youtube it still looks good!)

Sure, graphics make the game look better. Like Uncharted. Say it had bad graphics...I'd still play it, cause it has such an amazing story, but if it had good graphics (which it does), It just makes it look better. Dumba**.

At this time the current games can only set a first impression through graphics because people like you only acknowledge the game's story if you are caught by the presentation first. If you prefer a story rather than graphics then go read a book, even books have pictures to make the reader more interested in the story. You know, even Amy Hennig (The writer/co writer of J&D and Uncharted) says that the story is most important, not the graphics.
Yeah, the graphics are A big part in A game, but not the most important.
The gameplay has to be good, and so does the story.
Story, Gameplay, then Graphics.
I would play Uncharted if it didn't have that good of graphics. No big deal.

Though I'm all for a HD Collection, I remember the Jak and Daxter series having way better graphics and picture quality than other PS2 games. Just look at Daxter...he's smooth and detailed. Other characters like Clank and Sly had corners on their heads, instead of being smooth and well shaped. This series looks like PS3 quality already, can't wait for the Collection!!!
