Sadly, despite the babes and the "better graphics", RA Yuri's Revenge is much better than RA 3. Let's be serious, this game looks more like a cartoon than a strategy! The most terrifying of all was the outlook of the MiGs. Not to mention the concept of a Flak trooper-convict something, half of the Japanese units and the infantile superweapons.

Not to mention the plot. Are the scriptwriters using as a source of inspiration someone suffering from schizophrenia?

It was meant to look cartoony. Also, the Red Alert series stopped being serious after the first game. So its best to take whatever may seem odd about the game and take it with a grain of salt. Its all in good fun after all.
