The movie is great. This american watched it with his lebanese wife, her mother and her sister. I had a great time with them that night and I will never forget it. I've been married for twenty years and watching this movie was the best night we ever had together. Thanks Nadine for a wonderful movie. It was perfect for us to enjoy together.

This woman is mesmerizing! Arabian women are absolutely beautiful, their eyes, their dark hair, their mystery...It's a shame we don't get to see them more often. By the way, this movie (Caramel) is great. Reminds me a lot of Pedro Almodovar, so I strongly recommend it.

I saw this movie and it was great. I knew nothing about Lebanon other than war and this gave me a glimpse of life in Beriut. Good story, great acting. Loved how they incorporated religion and human nature into the stories of each person and their struggles. Good job Nadine Labaki!

Nadine Labeke is such a great director and talent. I'm so proud of her and of her accomplishments. I remember her from her directing of music videos. I love how humble, classy and intellectual she is. She is fluent in French and English, and god knows how many other languages (on top of the Arabic, and the Lebanese dialect).
