@MrGuitarPeeps From what i can see the 100 series have slightly better build quality and as the guy said better finishes on top of the bodies. Overall id say go for the 100 series just for the build quality tbh.

And the huge problem with the 100 series Esp's , and all the one's that come with the Esp pups is that their aight for Playing at home , but their complete shit for when your playing in a band . Cause theirs not enough Mids and Lows just alot of output so i can barely hear what im playing Cause i cant define my guitar sound over the drumms.

the ltd's are actually the same as esp just with trems the esp comes with ofr and the ltd's come with frs and the esp is made in japan and ltd is made in korea

Pfft , Fuck it ESP are the best , Cause i realised why all the ESP's i were trying out didnt sound that great was cause i was always playing on a Vintage amp at the Music store. and also all their guitars say Thin U neck contour so yeh . But I decided to Try out an MH350 NT with EMG's , on a Peavey amp and then i tried out the Same guitar but with SD pickups , and the one with the EMG's just blew it away :)

of the 100 series, the Viper 100FM is by far the best...i have one and a 400 series with Duncans, and i have to say, its right up there with much much more expencive guitars...ESP LTD is top notch for anything metal

trust me, you wont regreat it...its a verry good guitar...the only thing that takes a litle getting used to is the neck, its a bit slim, but actualy quite comfortable...the sound of this thing is awsome...run it through a propper amp and it dishes out the goods with ease...i've had mine now for 3 years and it hasnt put a foot wrong

Well as you said ur refering to the Viper 100 and it does have a Basswood body and so does my M 100 FM. I think he has a wrong info cuz mostly the higher end models have an agathis or mahogany. I think it depends on the model and price.

2007 and back models were agathis, the 2008 is basswood...the 08 series isnt that good, the older models are better

this is one of the only companies that STILL sells the EC-200 series, pretty much the best thing you can get next to the 400. Set neck and emg hzs, for 380 bucks, you can't beat it
