If you cant stun him this is what I do:

Lion's side with stone swordian devices equipped. use dlz to penetrate his defense and majinken souga him. When he turns into stone, do exactly 4 majinken-souga attacks, then chain with another dlz, that'll make him go mid-air so that the combo doesnt break when he goes normal. when he gets stone again, repeat. It's easy when you get hang of it, and if you're lucky he goes blast when he's stoned so he cant do anything. Oh, and plus all the damage is 1.5%
