It can be used at the beginning of a name, or at the end of a name, e.g. EliyYahuw, YirmYahuw, YshaYahuw, ZkharYahu, etc. It does NOT change because of its position in a name, thus the Masoretic scribes mispointed it at the beginning of names to prevent readers from saying Yahweh. At about 4:10, the Scripture reference showing AGAINST derives from the Greek word Strong's G1909 ep-ee and means superimposition as a relation of distribution. @nigelium Nigelium, that is exactly how believers in Yahuwshua see the "bible" when we understand the true meaning of those terms (like Holy, God, sacred etc) and that's why those solar names are not used in pure scripture. Sacred is a solar term too. If I'm not mistaken, "qadash" is best rendered as pure, rather than "holy". Hellenist and scribes added those solar names. Check out the names page on our website.
