  • hi, if i am 160cm tall (asian female) w 60kg now, is overweight now, how many should i take in daily to restore to about 50 kg. how many grams of carb, protein, fat, should i take in then. please give just a general guidelines. actually, how many calories should i take in daily is sufficient.

  • @AngelaFleming102 The RDA (recommended dietary allowance) for carbohydrates is about 130g a day, The AMDR (Average macronutrient dietary/daily range is about 60% of your total caloric intake, so take how many calories you consume and 60% should come from carbs, each gram of carb is ~4 kcal or Cal! basically get 130ish to 300g of carbs a day and you should be fine. These are just general guidelines

    Even now that stevia is legal over here (germany) they don't have it in store. @.@

    and most cheeses are just whole fat lol about 30% and stuff

  • Hey guys, I thought of some things you could also add to make this recipe taste more to your liking. I think adding a little no-calorie sweetener would be good, along with some fat-free reddiwhip maybe. Also, you could also substitute the cocoa powder with PB2 powder or orange zest (citrus and chocolate is a good combo usually, try it!). Have fun experimenting! Oh, and Mike, your recipes are so cool! I have trouble finding healthy recipes that are high protein and low calorie. Thanks!

  • People. You need to stop telling Mike what to do or add to his ideas! If you don't like them exactly as they are then freaking edit them. He specifically tells you to do as such in his videos so why do you guys still give him shit??

    Mike, don't let people's negative commentary get to you. Your recipes are awesome. I edit them to fit my macros and they've been a tremendous help. Thank you!

  • When i mix greek yogurt with something such as the chocolate protein, it still has a kind of nasty greek yogurt after taste. Does this happen with yours too and you just get use to it?

  • @1111itachi - I upload a healthy meal every Monday, then Wednesday is usually a random video, and Friday is a healthy dessert or baked good. That's my little schedule for right now :)

  • @leanbodylifestyle I know that I could....But it just seems that all your recipes kind of promote a low fat diet, which some people here would blindly follow. Just seems that your recipes would be a lot healthier if you had a higher fat content as standard, just a suggestion. Thanks for replying, buddy.

  • @jaboipell - It's just bothersome when people criticize the macros (when I take the extra time to calculate them) and say how the numbers "aren't right" or that there should be more of something. I say it all the time...you don't have to follow these recipes exactly. Their just guidelines to follow and to give people creative ideas who are on diets. You can add whatever else you want to them so the macros fit your diet.

  • @Vindix007 Search for Rob Riches. Its really just make a turkey beef with whatever spice you want and a pita as bottom and top. Add the salad you want and low fat cheese.

    But i have to tell you...this recipe is ...like all the others...the diffrence is that you add youghurt and you don't use bread.
