That is a mural of the Temps located in Birmingham, Alabama on 4th Avenue between 17th and 18th Street North. They play the Temptation's songs constantly through a speaker system attached to the mural. It is in the heart of the old African American Business district and very near the Birmingham Civil Rights Museum.
