sent my prelude to sos motorsport in scotland and told them i was as close to 300bhp without a turbo, 3K late i only have 280 !

still not enough for me so now that its internally strong, i will be going turbo with a crv drivetrain and rear diff !

its all the simple things that give you more figures,  fuel system, bigger injectors, bigger cams, lighter pulleys, flywheel, clutch,

the k20 gearbox really helps aswell ;)

You do know BHP is crank hp. Unless you have an engine dyno, you're not going to know bhp with out knowing whp first. I highly doubt you've had your engine dyno'd and on top of that, why would you state "bhp" in the first place. Your most correct measurement on any roller type is going to be whp.

@1PARADOXXX Nah, it's just the model of the manifold. There are several OEM manifolds available for the engine depending on what car they came from. The RBC model is known to have the highest potential.

But unless otherwise stated, it's still an OEM Honda manifold.

@Jerz0neMUSICC Alright try putting about 20lbs of boost in a stock k20 block well see what happens. A stock sr20det block might be old but its iron cast and can handle tons of power. You'll be lucky to get 250hp on stock all motor on a k-series unless you have to boost it to get even more,but you will have to run less psi since you might blow up that piece of shit to pieces. I know for sure a sr20det can handle about 15psi on stock sr20det. K SERIES AINT SHIT. unless you got a light chassis.

and also, the stock block can handle up to 600whp when its boosted.

theres bolt-on k20 swapped civic coupes running high 12's. one in particular is a 00 Si with full interior running 12.9 with 210whp can your car do that w/210

My turbo ls del sol made 252 whp on 8psi when the motor was stock, and my friend has a 218whp k20 in his integra and we were dead nuts from a 40 roll only because his car is 400lbs heavier. And second there are multiple k series making 500whp on stock internals. No they didn't blow up and yes they were pounded on for more then a year. Do some research before you talk shit.
