well buddy, your best bet is doing band excercises. I do my own custom routine with different resistance bands for about 30 minutes a day. I mostly work my external rotator cuff and get it as strong as possible to avoid injury, cuz the harder u throw the more prone u r to injury. I also do "scap" loading which is basically working the muscles in the upper back using resistance bands. A strong upper back can definately increase velocity.
dude u suck...lol no jk but your mechanics look very good and fluid. Your not jerking or falling off the mound which looks very nice. But your arm speed looks like it can definately increase, which would put a lot more velocity on you. BTW, whats ur velocity at now? (dont lie)
I have no idea what it was there, probably slower than usual cuz i pitched 2 innings the day before this (I play in two leagues so i had back to back games) but about a year ago i was clocked at 72.
