@JHK1976 It depends on which state you live in. Most states require you to be registered in the same party as the nominee. For example, Iowa has a closed caucus. You must register Republican to vote for Ron Paul in the caucus. Registered Independents are not aloud to vote in that caucus! Registration deadline for Iowa is December 24,2011. The caucus date is Jan 3, 2012. If you live in Iowa you need register Republican now and find out where your polling place is. bluerepublicanDOTorg

Interstate commerce , National Parks and monuments , just to name a few. don't forget about the gasoline tax, its what, 42 cents or so per gallon. Money is not the issue right now , spending is. I'd like to add that even with all the taxes we have now and for many decades it has never been "sufficient" to run government. That is why we are currently $15 trillion in debt and are having to borrow .40 cents of every dollar we spend.

@JHK1976 It depends on which state you live in. Most states require you to be registered in the same party as the nominee. For example, Iowa has a closed caucus. You must register Republican to vote for Ron Paul in the caucus. Registered Independents are not aloud to vote in that caucus! Registration deadline for Iowa is December 24,2011. Interstate commerce , National Parks and monuments , just to name a few. don't forget about the gasoline tax, its what, 42 cents or so per gallon. Money is not the issue right now , spending is. The less spending the less cost. Check out Dr Paul's budget proposal. Honestly, I have voted in 8 Presidential campains. Dr Paul is the first one I feel good about. When things are bad, go back to your roots, the Constitution.
