hey can you show a drill that teaches better contact

i make good contact with the ball once or twice a hole, but i manage to pull out a bogey or double bogey

i feel that with some better drills, i will make better contact and get better scores

I tried the "up the wall" drill today. Worked great. I hit every shot totally clean.
