nah, he said "popsicle cowpalace" probably referring to Deadmau5' performance there earlier in the year in May. popsicle as in elctro techno popsicle (ETD).
dude this intro was awesome, kicked off right! Way better than the ETD performance, except ETD had the Bill O'rielly cut into 'WTF'. which was awesome...
