  • sounds good. and I think you're from louisville. rock on (but screw the cards).

    tip:

you said "it says 19-25 so thats whats in the bag." actually thats how shrimp is measured in bulk, and its per pound, so that bag of 19-25 shrimp is a rating of 19-25 per pound, whereas your bag was only 10 oz which would be about 13 or 14 shrimp on average.

keep it up, love your videos.

  • you shuld do a recipe book wit your top recipies

  • @TheDumbass600 I do have two recipe books on lulu(dot)com, but they contain the whole first year and the whole second year of bettyskitchen (which are basically my favorite recipes).

  • belly how come you don't choose to use cast iron in your videos?

  • I have a wonderful cast iron skillet. I use it for things that I fry in the oven, but I generally use nonstick skillets for stovetop items. But I do think cast iron is great!

  • some people like to rinse the frozen shrimp because it washes the excess salt away.

  • Thanks for the info!

  • I'm sorry to be late in getting back to you--I didn't see your question until now. I used 10 oz. small frozen (cleaned) shrimp. I would consider that the amount it made served two people generously. Based on that, for 20 people, you would need about 10 times as much, or 100 oz, which is roughly 6 pounds. I would say that 5 pounds would be about right, considering my servings were on the large side.

  • how much would i need to serve about 20 people?
