If you have the 360 version, go to the games marketplace and go to the l section, go to the Left 4 Dead part and get it from there, the PC version is free, but the 360 one will set you back 560 microsoft points.

i think they should release a scenario set just after blood harvest where the rescue vehicle is rammed off the road by a tank then the survivors are overwhelmed and the final shot is that of the new survivors in florida getting tooled up
