After a show in San Diego around 1994 me and a friend went out back and hung out by their bus. When we saw a roadie, we begged him to see if Sonya would come out so we could greet her. He was cool, said, "sure". A few mintues later, Sonya comes out...we were blown away! We were drunk, sweaty, and stinky after their sow, but we gushed and heaped the praises on her, heh, she was a little humbled by our fanhood, as they were relative unknowns then...but she gave us a bear hug after saying goodbye
