  • yo elliot! Can i use to 5 pound plated to place under my heels when squating. The little angle with my foot helps me get down really low and break parallel when squating. otherwise i cant get low enough even without weight. please answer

  • Yo elliot its starting to get cold in PA after a work out should i wear a something warm after i leave the gym...because i usually dont because the cold feels good but i was just wondering

  • @williac5 I'd say by common sence it's better to stay warm, since cold tissue carries less blood. So you might want as much bloodflow there as possible, since your muscle-cells need to get rid of metabolic by-products. The only way they can do it, is through the blood.

  • @williac5 You should always pack a Pillow Pet and a warm sweatshirt when going to the gym. The sweatshirt is for protection against the weather, and the pillow pet is to pick up chicks.

  • Elliot, what do you think about Full-Body workouts. like let's say Bench Press for chest, Dumbbell Lat Rows for back, and squats for legs. lets say you do these 3 times a week. Will you make any progress like building muscles? And it helps if you have a busy schedule. Thanks :)

  • @dokterkarel It's more likely to wake up with sore muscles after intense workout when you stopped for a week or two.This is why you need to warm up first.This was my routine before i start working out every 2 days but obviously doing it like Elliot showed us achieves the desired effect as well.
