you just described the problem out here in Northern California , our Economy is collapsing under the weight of corrupt over paid Criminal Government looking to maximize revenue at the expense of legitimacy. Example DMV, if my vehicle passes the smog check but has the engine light on , it wont pass smog , even when the light has nothing to do with Emissions , just another scam to maximize revenue . in California i can tell you 98% of our problems are Government induced
