Was this all done on one layer?

No, each color was done on a separate layer. The Line Art was done on separate layers as well until I got everything where I wanted it to be. The back of the hair would be on one layer, the bangs on another and etc.

The drawing was done on Photoshop and I simply recorded it using my webcam.

I do draw IRL but never on computer yeah,So I guess it does take time.But I draw whatever I like without looking cause that tells you where your mistaken.also a very friendly tip,try making the face outline before you make the eyes and face.I see you were adjusting the eyes to the face outline again and again.But if you draw the face outline first youd know where to put the eyes.After that draw the hair and then the neck.Again no offence just a friendly advice.

its probably me but the winking eye.,the one thats closed is a bit more slanted ,even considering his head is tilted a little.Oh well who am I to complain.awsome job dude.

Yeah, I don't think it's very polite to complain about another persons artwork. Considering that I drew this off of the top of my head without looking at anything and I do need more practice. Glad that you like it non-the-less.
