@xKAKxHEADSHOT At OLCMSS games they do not require there to be an orange tip as all guns are checked during the chrono and mag check process. (obviously so no real firearms somehow make it onto the field) And I believe, and don't quote me on it, I think that the orange tip only has to be present on the gun during point of sale within the US. Some manufacturers have the orange tip on the guns standard and include a black tip for the user to change out later. Again, don't quote me on it. lol

sorry i just read previous posts. So players were running with locaps/midcaps? how many rds total were players allowed to carry during 1 life (since I notice medic revivals?

We do have a milsim in July and we're capped at 300 rds primary + secondary ammo (no hicaps allowed) so pretty much 2x 120rd midcaps and 60 rds for pistol mags. but unlimited grenades/m203 shells

@omgPepper If they were real guns, he would have had each of those kills in one or two shots. The ammo spraying almost makes it more realistic by insuring he gets the kills he could easily get if this were real.

@AIRSOFTxSOLDIERxKD Hello airsoftsoldier unlike you i have a military background not in the us armed forces but the german army. and i can assure you that no regular soldier holds magazines that contain 350 bullets. Even Light machine gunners that are attached to every platoon (in the german army they are equipped with MG3´s) hold only about 1500 bullets and thats only if they bothered to bring 2 additonal ammo containers with them. In this vid. some people seem to hold 10+ mags in their rigs.

@omgPepper well the thing is, especially as range increases airsoft guns r much less accurate than real steal weaponry so it takes more shots and longer for u to hit a target with an airsoft gun (in theory of course, the shorter the distance between u and your target the less true this becomes) and since no1 wants to reload every 5 seconds cuz it takes 5 times as many shots for u to hit a distant target, they have mags with more ammo also, this makes it so u have to carry less mags

That whole courtyard area was a murder zone. I was pinned down in those one-story buildings on the right with a few of our guys for almost an hour... then the SAW went down, lost a Thunder B, and everything just went from bad to worse.

I just have a question. I see you use the same gun for all kinds of distances. What is the MS/FPS limit for various distances or is there no FPS limit to various distance.

In Sweden most of the fields follows a chart called VSAF that list various safety distances.

For example shooting someone pointblank I am only allowed to use a gun that shoots 228 fps with 0.20 bbs. The highest MS/FPS limit for using a full auto weapon is 435 FPS but but form a minimum of 10meters (~33feet).

The list goes on.

so i am a paintball player getting back into airsoft this summer, with all those clothes on and the vest can those guys FEEL the BB hit them? I usually just wear single Layers to ensure i feel the hit, and that prevents cheating. If your a veteran airsofter and know you can feel when your hit let me know.

@ObStruct1on Yeah if you're a vet, you can just sense you've been hit. You can hear shots being fired, you can hear bb's hitting the area around you, you can hear bb's when they hit your gear so even if you can't feel it, it's really distinctive. Basically if you've played long enough you just know. And you (should) always call it.

@ObStruct1on Well, if it's just the BDU, then yeah you can feel it pretty easily. But if it is a tactical vest, most of the time you won't feel it, bbut you CAN hear it. The BB hitting the MOLLE makes a very distinct sound, and you can hear it sometimes in these videos. MOLLE Vests also make it easier to tell if it is a ricochet or not, because if it doesn't hit you directly, you won't get that sound effect.
