No one necessarily need surgery. Lengthen the spine, free the neck. Each of you got yourself in this position, get yourself out. Lengthen the spine. Then once you feel that you've properly aligned and freed the neck, Use your sternocleidomastoids to pull up the clavicles and chest. Hold your shoulders in a lifted and squared position within 2 inches of chin level. Then maintain a new, aligned posture that you always wanted. You have the control.
ive had this since i was 14 and every doctor i have seen just told me they have never seen it and it is not a big deal. I am only 20 and am severely dibilitated by this. It occurs in both of my shoulders. I wish a doctor would recognize the symptoms and try to help me. They just tell me its growng pains and it will go away but ive had it for over 6 years...doesnt seem to be going away anytime soon.
It's the third day after the injection, I woke with stiffness and pain, a little more than usual, could still be tender from the shot. Otherwise I have mobility with the arm and shoulder, I have never been hit with a bat between the shoulder blades or hit in the ribs, but this pain I'm having feels like that. I took a Vicodin and Muscle relaxer and the area has calmed down. It seems better in areas but worsening in others, I told my wife I would wait a week, then we can discuss further options.
This sounds exactly what I was diagnosed with, I'm not looking forward to that procedure! I just had a cortizone/liticaine injection yesterday and this is my first day of documentation.
There is some releif and a little more motion, but there is still the grinding and pain. I will let you know after the third day how it is going, my doctor says it will take 3 days to work effectively. I think I need a Ct Scan to be sure, I had the MRI.

I will keep the log going here so everyone can review, this is such a new ailment, I would never believe I would have this pain at only 43 years old.

Try having it while you're in high school, that's when mine started.
