For that sound anywhere from 300 to a few 1000... But 90% of that was probably the amp, if you don't have a good amp that no matter how good the guitar is it just wont sound the way you want it to.

Nah, the mic on my camera is a little crappy, so I plugged the amp into the computer to make it more 'direct'. I'm kinda workin on it still to get it right.

It's really easy Marko. All I did was use a stereo lead and connect that from my amp to my computer's microphone socket. If you don't have one already, get a media program off the internet. I got one called Blaze Media Pro and it's ideal for me. There are obviously more professional ways to record your sound, but this is cheap and it works fine.

Hey, the guitar has just got the standard BC Rich pickups on. I play through a Line 6 spyder II amp. Just played on metal setting, full drive with the boost. I maybe turned the bass down a bit, as the amp was plugged straight into my computer.
