  • The video is great and the exercises is effective in core strength. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plan in order to help you gain lean muscle and develop a lean muscular look that you after. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can always check it on my profile.

  • Weve started introducing these type of exercises into our football/soccer training. Hard enough to do if your new but i def recommend them :)

  • Any guy who's worth mentioning in sport knows that these exercises are brilliant no matter what sport you do. I do triathlons and focus on Ironman and these exercises are brilliant because no-one can be properly fit except if their core is strong. To you fat-ass nascar supporters who think this video is gay, I feel sorry for you guys as you will never know how success in REAL sport feels like!

  • @MrBozo88 You're defenitly right! I've been studying Taiji for a couple of years now and even masters in China do these exercises

  • @MrBozo88 yeah instead of going in circles with theyre eyes drinking beer sitting theyre fat asses on the couch or recliner all day. get out the trailer and hit the trail!

  • @MrBozo88 In racing these excercises are also crucial because of the stress on the lower back from racing seats. As you say, the core must be strong for the rest of the body to function under stress.

  • @str8organic38mm Quite often. I actually think that this 'gay looking' guy probably has greater chances of picking up girls than any fat beer-guzzling straight dude who's just criticizing him here

  • good simpel and very effective exercise. i do these in combination with yoga and hold the position for longer time. Most important is to breathe in the same rythm as you do the exercise. Dont rush it though, but do it slowly and controlled, that way you use the whole muscle in its lenght. Those who says hes gay, well do it after or shut up, and by the way who cares, he got a great body and probably just love himself a little more than more people do today but should!

  • This is a great video! shows you how to work not only the core and a little of the upper legs as well.. I think more and more runners should be taught these excercises and incorporate them into their daily routine to reduse the risks of injury...

  • Great stuff,

    having been to many of Tom's stretch classes- this is a great little work out and I know it will leave my body feeling supple, stretched and relaxed.

    No excuses now for me.
