Why feel sorry for prodigies. It's no different than kids spending long hours watching tv or playing video games. Prodigy doesn't mean obligation it means someone is gifted and most gifted kids or people do it because they love it. Same thing for gifted painters, or golfers. No one ever says poor gifted painter. Such a cliche and so annoying.
You know what's a cliche? An asian being a piano "prodigy." No one gives kids who play video games the titles of "prodigies" if they're good at it. Beethoven was a talented composer, but sadly, he felt obligated to write music. I'm tired of prodigies because I play piano and don't want to feel like I'm nothing compared to a child, so fuck them.
no one is a prodigy. things are about to be born at the right place at the righ moment. every "prodigy" has gone through hours of training. so stop beeing so jealous make your own vids and IF your really able to play you'll get the same comments. but til this time has come, jus shut up.(and, nearly everyone is more interested in music than in video games, thats why there are no prodigy.)
@TheShanks I'm not jealous, porque I'm at the top of my piano class, and if I can play well for my peers, that's all I care about. I don't have to play my best for some people whom I don't know. I owe them nothhing:D
is this an arrangment or is he playing with a different fingering, b/c i tried to play this song but my hands were too small, and i'm pretty sure my hands are bigger than his.
BTW, freakishly impressive, lay off the kid's technique, he's like six...
ahh everything is too fast and no dynamics.....for his age he is spectacular but he needs to mature more to be able to get the subtleties of the playing
of course he is very talented, but i don't admire him at all. a child of that age should play in the forest building huts... perhaps his parents don't allow because his fingers might break? what do you think? i know children, who are forced to play piano und may not do things, where they might hurt their fingers - even though other children do it...
I agree. Children like this are forced to play the piano and have it embedded into their body when they get older. In my opinion it's not a good thing. They should at least start when they can understand that playing a piano is more than hitting the right notes, I assume. Sounds like a David Helfgott story waiting to happen, heh..
i really have to agree with you. while some children are forced into piano, there are some that are very talented and love it, like this one obviously does. if you don't love the piano, you can't play it like that.
...building huts? are you on crack? (i mean that with as little offense as is humanly possible)
besides, many studies have shown that kids who play piano are a lot better at subjects in school, have higher test scores, are more socially accepted, have more self confidence, etc.
that's just a company's interpretation of the music. it's usually completely different from mine, and therefore i change a lot from the recordings. but maybe that's just me.
wow how old are you?

I dont get why people use the word f*ck
It means to have sexual intercourse with someone so what you said was "so rape them."
firefwing24 2 years ago
Because it emphasizes the seriousness in what I type. But I say it because I want a retarded step child ginger with AIDS to fuck them.

For his age, not very impressive. After all, this is a very simple piece.

obviously, he CAN tell the difference between playing notes and playing music, as he's showing that distinction right now.

there are hardly any volume changes in that piece, and it is supposed to be fast.
