Heartless is a little hidden Gem on Pop Life! It was a nice change (alongside Ain't No Cure) to the "serious" yet utterly fabulous sounds on the girls best and most productive album.

She's Jackie O'Sullivan, she replaced Siobhan when she left, halfway through "wow", but Jackie only lasted one full album and then moved on.
