Although Sony have the 85mm f1.4 Carl Zeiss, it is too pricey! And this one have HSM :)

Why you added tape on the camera its abvious is a canon camera we can tell its the first 5d by the shape of the front and the black hotshoe

Not a sharp lens but it creates some of the smoothest bokehs! Better than some canon and nikon prime 1.4's out there.

I just bought one and Im happy. Much better than C85 1.8 nice build quality and AF is much faster than C85L. I will compare them on monday to see image quality and I will post my test on my blog.

I saw that the lens was in stock on a local shop (in Belgium, Europe). So I ordered it immediately. They only had 1 in stock.

I picked it up on monday 4/10/10

A full black body looks much cooler :p.
