Minutemen are like the same thing as the New England Patriots and my high school's mascot in Massachusetts is the Colonial, all meaning the soldiers who fought for the independence of the United States because Massachusetts is the birthplace of the revolution.

They are using the same system that the revolutionaries used when the... "THE BRITISH ARE COMING!!" Then the two anchors in the lot are like, "Is it 1 or 2 lamps that means he's stay?" So while it's not an exact reinactment it is making fun of Brett Farve's back and forth.
