Funny story... First time I got a glimpse of Genocide, I was fighting him with Roswell. It scared the crap out of me >_> But Roswell, the trooper, he hung in there and beat Gulcasa down with just one man left. Unfortunately Milanor had died earlier in the attack so I still lost X_X

Well I found out another way. If u have milanor equiped with something strong against dragon, u can beat gulcasa easily if u level milanor up. In psp version, after beating marietta, u can fight in an additional chapter

Gulcasa- Undoubtably THE hardest character to beat in Yggdra Union. Not to mention a badass character anyways.
