It's because the 2nd OTG ground shot has a single frame window for activation so the only thing that fits is the team hyper super.

@LuchoZ07 Joe has a small hit box like all other small hit box fag chars, he has a infinite combo and his air comboes go on for days if your good, and if your sentinel all it takes is for some body to super jump and get close and sent is dead because of his hit box ppl can do comboes that wont work on anybody else but that one char

Viewtiful Joe was only able to do it because the opponent called in every partner and Joe had to use 2 bars of super + X-Factor. Also, Joe does NOT have 1.4million (or around that I don't remember) of health like Sentinel did so its balance.

@N16H7 Actually sentinel did need a nerf, but not in the way that he did. The health wasn't a problem. It was NEVER the problem actually, ask any decent player who plays in tournaments. It's his X Factor that's the problem. He didn't need that big of a damage boost at all.

I think Sentinel's X Factor should have had the nerf. Now he has almost as much life as Chun Li. CHUN LI! It's stupid. He needed fixing, but not in the way that capcom didi t. Again, the health was never a problem.

But atleast they only nerfed his health and not much else (they actually raised the damage to his Kick of Doom and gave him some other buffs...I think). That way, the Sentinel plays can still get his AMAZING assist and still crazy as hell damage.
