you look like some one showed you a few moves and you trying to understand the dummy...well im 32 in kung fu expert in 3 and 4 and 7 arm wooden dummy...You need some help bro,..? first of all hold a good fist and a good Palm...its important it will hurt your arms less...

The sound of you hitting the dummy is not correct. The sound should be "Thunk"... yours is "Think.. Ting.. tweet".. It sounds like you are not making "connected contact" with the dummy.

I have a garage but I can't attach it to the wall, I have to have a free standing dummy that is able to resist hard training

That was excellent man. One thing I noticed was your fingers started to separate to much. It was more noticeable with the palm strikes. Not that it's much of a big deal but in a real combat situation you run the risk of getting a finger caught in something. Just a thought.
