@brabon1 I have heard of the Arab boycott. This is, however, different. The Arab boycott did not really include universities divesting, and the European Union discussing the settlements. It is similar in concept. The Arab boycott entailed also boycotting American companies that had branches in Israel. The BDS entails simply boycotting Israeli products, not American ones per se. Thus, it is somewhat different. It is a boycott just as the Arab boycott, but this is not an Arab one per se.

In Palestine, they compromised about 5% of the total Population...But in a Baghdad, they compromised to about 25% of the population during the late 1800s, and they had excellent relations with the Muslims and the Arabs. The problem with people like you is that you want to fill your head with excuses in order for Israel to commit its daily crimes.

However, there were cases of some abuses by some rulers especially before the Ottoman Empire. However, in Turkey some Jews during one period became Muslim out of pressure from the Sultan because they followed Shabati Zvi. They are called Donma Turks. Many of them practiced their religion in secret. So, it was not equality and perfect.

Jews and Muslims usually had better relations between Christians and Muslims until the late 19th century in Palestine with the Petah Tikvah fighting in 1886. However, before that period there were no such clashes. Jews were not being killed in the Ottoman Empire. In fact, Jews came from Europe to Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Palestine. In the 20th century, there were definite killings of Jews in Iraq, Morocco.
