Nikki lives there to, He and Nikki have joined custody of Jennie.

Peyton went to Savannah to be with Jake, she proposed to him, and he said yes. But both Peyton and Jake realized that she still had feelings for Lucas when she said "I love you Lucas" in her sleep.

So Peyton went back to Tree Hill...

In the beginning of season 5, Peyton lives in LA, (she has lived there for a couple of years), but she moved back Tree Hill.

When Peyton moved to LA and after Lucas proposed to Peyton and she said no, they broke up.

But now they are together again.

Peyton got pregnant.

At the end of season six, Lucas and Peyton got married, and Peyton gave birth to their baby girl, Sawyer.
