CAPITAL-ONE BOWL 2011: PRE-GAME BAND SHOWS - UA & MSU BANDS

The snap, the speed at which they move, the wonderful planning and excellent musical direction and management of movement, makes this a Big 10/11 band to watch! I almost hate to say it, but with what UA came up with, just wasn't even close to the excitement level of MSU. GO GREEN!!

@mishagirl69 The power and snap of this band will suck the air out of your lungs in a flash. I hope they never change their style. At the same time, the UA MDB will move you in a different way. Their halftime shows are incredible. We are blessed to have young people willing to strive for such perfection. Thank you for for a great post.

Love the Michigan State Band....always the pride of the Big Ten....The Million Dollar Band of Alabama is also the pride of the SEC...two great bands.

the kid on the Purdue flag has great leg lift! loved watching the DM nearly knock out the camera crew. you can always count on the SMB to well represent the Big Ten.

Love it that the Big Ten shows such class in playing the opposing school's fight song. Best bands around!

Thanks for posting! I am a huge SMB fan and supporter. Nice to see and hear them in this bowl game. And now I am off to find vids of the Alabama band - wow! Great job, to both. No matter what the score, the bands always win ;-)
