Yes, GL was the longest running soap. So sad that it's gone now, same with ATWT. I hope all the other soaps stay on for a long time. I don't want any more soaps canceled. My mom likes Laura too.

Been really busy and stressed with college work so I am really sleepy all the time trying to get everything done. When I noticed I wrote the wrong name down, I deleted the comment. I hope the soaps stay on that long too though and they should bring more soaps on since we just lost some within the past few years.

@EeyoreBensonStabler Yeah, written by the same person, both on the same channel and another thing I thought was weird was GL ended on September 18th, ATWT ended on September 17, a day before the anniversary of GL's last episode. GL and ATWT getting canceled makes me worry about the other CBS soaps getting canceled. I hope GH and OLTL stay on for a while. I'm sure with soaps getting canceled it makes it hard for stars on those soaps to find jobs elsewhere unless they get hired on to another soap.

@EeyoreBensonStabler@hwaprincess Yeah, I know some soaps do have good ratings like OLTL, AMC and GH definitely do so I think they will stay on for a while too as long as the ratings stay great. It's sad to see all these great soaps getting canceled while lots of dumb reality shows are still on. I hope some of the other actors from ATWT get on to other soaps. I know a good number of the ones from GL got on other soaps for a while. Kinda suprised at how some of them aren't on soaps though.

I mean, granted if they did do that at least I could still hear his voice in the Final Fantasy games as Cloud Strife but still, he's great on GH and I was really hoping he and Carly would be together in the future and if they kill him off, that won't happen. :(

Laura Wright is a great actress and I used to watch her on Guiding Light as Cassie before she went to General Hospital. By the way, I love that line where Jason says "Carly, you drive me crazy." Also, the pink tie scene was hilarious.

I actually never watched Soaps, I always thought that would just add on to the drama that I have, but I started watching GH in October of 09' and fell in love with Jarly, and I just I have loved the show ever since, then I started watching all of the soaps, including the newest one to get canceled As The World Turns :( I have seen parts of GL and I wish I would have watched it..
@EeyoreBensonStabler I saw the last episode of As The World Turns yesterday. It's sad to see that show end and a year ago today was when GL ended. I like Jarly the best on GH too. As for GL, my favorite couples on there of all time were Cassie/Richard and Jammy. I like One Life To Live though too. I like Gigi/Rex as a couple on there. Most people I have talked to about GH have said Tamara was their favorite Carly so I am glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks of Laura as their favorite.

I have watched clips of them before, but and I made a video with the four of them, but people always seem to say that they HATED Jennifer Bransford, did you? @EeyoreBensonStabler yea I didn't like Jennifer Bransford as Carly but I did think she did a nice job with breakdown storyline. She just didn't click as Carly for me and she didn't have chemistry with Maurice or Steve, IMO
