  • @ rawresomedan sprry silicone not sol one spray

  • @ rawresomedan probably Vaseline (petroleum jelly) or sol one spray

  • What did u use to lube that

  • what is the name of the cube u r using in the video ???????????

i have the same one. is it good for sppedcubing ?

  • Excellent tips.

  • how do you solve 1x1x1

  • @AfterEffectsLova dude, he teaches it, watch the whole video...

  • Thanks, really helpful and subbed :)

  • <3

  • you have the same rubik's cube as mine!

  • my hands hurt

  • very helpful...great video :)

  • I have never had to move only the center layer...ever...in 4 years

  • I have a dayan gu hong and it is the best cube i ever have gotten

  • i meant my 3 by 3

  • thx again i just soled my cube in 1.19 seonds!!

  • @KillerGemios117 1x1's dont count =/

  • thanks!!! that made my record go from 53 seconds to 21 seconds!!! thanks!!!

  • @TheWhiteDreamsOfLife you cant use silicon spray for those types of things

  • does anyone know what is the best lube for a maru cube? except the maru lube

  • thnx man! This helped alot!!

  • Without finger tricks and a lubed cube, i got my record from 1:28.87 down to 1:12.26. I cant do finger tricks...

  • wid what did u lube ur cube, askin cuz i av d same brand cube

  • @musicfreak9312

i lube the cube with silicon spray

  • lube the cube? i could find a less wasteful use for that lube ;)

  • what cube is that?

  • rofl, my cube is so worn and overlubed with jigaloo that I ALWAYS overshoot. Seriously, lightest flick brings it one turn and a half, and because my cube doesn't cut very well I'll have to finish learning Fridrich PLL to beat my time T_T

    Lawl more vids pl0x.

  • pretty useful...

  • thx ur the best i subed

  • my stupid cube doesn't rotate until all sides are completely alligned !

but the finger tricks will still require a lot of practice even if one has the best cube

  • @hwud1 Try looking on certain websites for DIY cubes. Also lubricate whatever cube you own :) - Also I remember when I could do one of the many fingertricks for each of the sides and now I can get 9 second solves :)

  • nice thank you

  • My personal record is 47 seconds but my rubkis cube got broken and i dont has 15 bouks to buy a new 1 ... Lawl

  • @drokah66 Ask your relatives :)

  • I have a few Rubik's cubes w pictures on them instead of just plain colors, so sometimes when I've solved the cube completely, the middles are set in the wrong direction, so the picture isn't completely right. Do you know any ways to fix the center pieces so that they face the right directions?

  • spongebob does anyone like pie

  • Thanks...You are very good at explaining things, which makes me learn much better!

  • cool thanks man but waht about teh behind one at the end u made my mouth drop lol im faving this vid and also how did u made it really turn vevery well

  • omg thank you so much the other vids aren't that clear as yours I only 33.02 as PB but now thanks to your finger tricks I have an average of 19.02 thanks a lot 5 stars

  • @RyzonRange Roflwut

    33.02 w/o finger tricks? Godly.

  • i'm a beginner and i begin learning on myself doing a fingertrick,and that's makes me get a 1,40 minute.

with this video i'm sure i'll get faster! thanks!

  • Wow i did not know Kermit the Frog could solve the Cube!!!

  • Lol@keneke45

  • on my cube the middle doesnt move freely

  • If you haven't already consider getting a DIY cube, and whatever cube you have make sure it's properly lubricated. see our other videos

  • i put conditioner on it :D

  • @HowtoCube my first speed solve was 6 minutes, where can i get a really good quality cube so i can beat that time?

  • @bears7777777 Okay dude , 6 minutes to solve a cube isn't really a speed solve rofl.

  • do r2 then R2'

  • @foxtrot106 I would reccomend a DiY from Cube4You.com The kits have all solid pieces with covers so you have better control on cutting corners. Much better than the Rubik's DiY kits.

  • @foxtrot106 why would you wanna move your middle? it dosent help you in solving the cube AT ALL.

  • @vPhaZeZz It does if you use F2L, OLL, PLL or other advanced techniques

  • I started using some of these, mainly the ones for the top and bottom layer but my time is still around 10-15 seconds faster with out any finger tricks lol.(I'm a begginer my time is only around 2:30)

  • same with me. although i still have a bad old stiff cube. i have to use my palm sometimes. or 2 fingers. and it cant cut very easily. i know how you feel.

  • 5 stars!!!this is amazing tutorial

  • that does work well for beginners...i need a BETTER fingering....

  • thats what she said

  • thats what she said. LUL!

  • oklah...i hope for better fingering

  • nice man! oh and i just got a rubick's cube just like yours! and it turned so fast!! i didnt even have to lubricate it!

  • Cool.I love the flicking thing.

    I tried that,

    but it's kinda hard.:(

I need to try and try again!

    Thnks 4 the tippps!:D

  • Oh and another handy tip I'd like to mention in practising your finger tricks is to practise the common triggers in your algs for speed solving.

For example, R U R' U' comes up a *lot* in the OLL step (I solve with 4LLL Fridrich atm) and I find that combining my finger trick practise with common triggers like this is a *great* way to kill 2 birds with one stone!

  • You're like me mate, overshoot regularly ;) Nice basic clip though, very handy for someone just moving from basic LBL methods into speed cubing methods. Some good tips there and I really like the clarity of the camera work. Nice stuff & voted!
