how can you get that speed? im tired... trainning the first section :( ... can u tell me, if you in the first time you start to learn this solo , you play slow and then slowly increasing the speed until you have the correct speed?

@drlodc My advice would be : take this section as an exercice and play it often, with some scales, and you'll get it in a few months and will be a way better guitarist, playing over and over again this kind of stuff is the best way (not the funniest xD) to get better imho.

@drlodc man that's the only way to learn! you gotta start slow, otherwise you ingrain improper technique in your muscle memory. it's all about patience!

the part you calll 'the first section' is there a name for that style of playing, i thought it was arpegios but puttin that in youtube theres just a load of videos on sweeping

@superste53 the section you are referring to indeed is arpeggiated, it's just not a standard chord pattern that people associate with sweeping arpeggios.

There's NO E mixolydian scale on the speed picking section, it's an E minor scale. You'd have to play a C sharp for it to be mixolydian (the 7-8-10 pattern would've been 7-9-10). Section 6 is F sharp phrygian.

Well...that sounded pretty smart, until i read through it a second time. Mixolydian is, in fact, a natural minor scale. And sorry buddy, despite the fact that that section of the solo transitions up a whole step, the song is still in E, and so the scale is named accordingly.

For the record, this was a valiant effort.
