When I wanted to rent my house out, Riner seemed so nice sitting in my kitchen for an hour talking to me about this and that, so when my daughter looked at a room he was renting on Mason, I figured it would be nice. HARDLY! He has to learn to tell the landowners that he won't rent their places out unless he gets their go-ahead to fix them. I guess he's jaded after renting nice places to destructive and students, but hey, that's what big deposits are for.

i love the toilet that looks like it was blown up by a grenade and the landlord decided to use Elmers glue to piece it back together.
