I love concerts like this, Small and outside. Big seated concerts are no fun. I recently went to a Joan Jett concert and it was amazing! I loved how close we were(especially since we were in the verry front on the speakers! xD) and how she made eye contact with everyone. Big seated concerts are so inpersonal (i think thats how to spell it)so when i saw this i was verry happy!

No, her voice isn't going to be more powerful because it's broken. She loose the voice she had. This is worst thing that can happen to a singer because you have to start from scratch. And even if stops cracking the voice will never be the same will change a little, maybe get thicker. Cause the tendency of her voice is getting thicker but don't worry some even get better, I hope it's one of the cases.
