Det. Dan Baruti ,promoted to LT his State Trooper brother there. B now will be 2nd in command. The day they arrested me officer Whewel told Baruti my daughter was videoing arrest.Baruti told him take film then camcorder[she just bought it $400] outside the warrant which was only for the house in this miscarriage of Justice. Baruti's sister died of MS . God see's everything. Baruti told my daughter he had nothing to do with it!Judas!He also brought Tickner into our home during an inspect Exposed!

She earlier wa writing a nother book with scuncio re a different murder. But no suspect tried , no verdict. So here she is again . Did she help with this book too. arbitration re: mauti's wrongful termination. Why wasn't matter continued so as Finance dept. employee : Agnes Hall could present evidence that would of clarified questions on Mauti's behalf. Why at previous hearings didn't atty ask her relevant questions. Answer DiLibero/Scuncio wanted him gone pure and simple.

They state the dept was notorious for many yrs. as being the dept. with undercover cars. Then they state to their dismay they were told to have town name /logos on cars by town council. Det. Kevin McDonald cut from Hopkinton,RI police dept. He had the highest comp. time , yrs free use of depts. cars,fuel,ins. etc. He would run around other towns especially Richmond to his liquor store plus car pool his to school and others again in dept. vehicles. Funny thing though when scuncio ordered him to arrest bldg inspector ,Charlie Mauti ,McDonald refused!

RI State Police , might be brought into Hopkinton, RI on daily 12 hr shifts. This will save the town serious money. Other towns are doing the same. When we see such abuses in illegal pensions,xxx comp time, 24 hr use of vehicles,fuel,ins. etc. that = incentive to outsource. Flat rate & thats it !

Todays Westerly Sun newspaper comment sect addressed serious concerns from public about the abuse of the Sun allowing 75 vicious comments on a fellow considering running for position in House in RI. But good comments were not posted. Everyone wanted to know who in paper decides on what does or does not get posted. The response was editor who handles talkback and website , Angie Algier. Hopkinton Police Chief Scuncio's longtime Friend. She headhunts anyone he hates! Westerly Sun is beig sued !

scuncio your old friend angie's daughter goes to work for you at station as a dispatcher and what happens to her. You allow one of your married cop to have a 2yr affair with her . They go in cruiser to cemetery for their private moments on the clock,citizens paying for corrupt immoral extracurricular activity! Finally it's over when she finds he is seeing others also. She's 22yrs now started when she was 20yrs & you didn't stop it. But you have been married 3 times so cops follow your example !

Scuncio hunting for attys,#1 Desisto,conflict ,he rep.councilman scuncio's been out to get, #2 O'Gara,#3 Maglio. Who's paying town or scuncio. He's being sued privately & as chief, how many attys does he need? Town council President Vincent Cordone last night directed town mgr delibero to furnish public & press police comp time figures. Chief wouldn't give up,delibero went along with him. Corruption exposed & cleaning up! Thank you Mr Cordone! Remember comp time stopped recently! Boo hoo Chief!

arbitrator confirms Hopkinton,RI Police - Corrupt scuncio, officers cannot accumulate comp time any longer. Corrupt scuncio's credibility is down the tubes. No more paying his guys off with comp time for work over and above. Actually it's a federal violation , now that has to be reviewed.

scuncio tells press that a man being released from prison once grabbed him by his tie strangling him after he told the guy to just tell the truth. He says he now wears clip on ties. Well my last tv show I asked scuncio to just tell the reporters the truth. Ahh he and davidson had my show canceled after that. But oh scuncio can say what he wants but not everyday citizen hm. Also scuncio would say how was in fear for his life whereas he put so many guys away. Then he goes on front page talking.

Town council voted no more comp. time for Hopkiton, RI police dept and also no more taking cars/undercover etc 24/7 anymore, Their dept takes the biggest bite of the budget!! Partys over!!More to come ,Scuncio is fighting the comp time.Scuncio how's about giving press the breakdown on each officer/detective's comp time,not just a lump figure!! Oh yes , they also have to pay taxes whereas this was a fringe benefit!! Happy New Year !!
