Wow, that gearbox is a dream come true. One superior advantage is there is no missing a gear when shifting. They can also withstand much higher horsepower figures when compared to a normal manual tranny. They sound awesome as well, different angled cuts in the gears.

Yeah, the main reason they use them is because there's too much driver error with regular gear boxes, even with the best drivers. With an automatic clutch, the gearbox and clutch(es) will last much longer.

Tranmission: ATTESSA-ETS AWD system is from an R32 GT-R, while the gearbox is a Hollinger 6-speed sequential also from an R32 and the front diff is M35 Stagea, as are part of the front driveshafts. The front subframe is from an AWD V35 Skyline and the front and rear suspension arms are from a PY50 Fuga.

you mean Drive train not transmission. Most of it is from the AWD V35 skyline (G35X sedan). It's been done in the states by a few people. Check out function tuned. They just finished this on their 350Z

It hasn't been done in the states by a few people. The only thing from a G35 on that car is the front subframe.

I'm sure 4wd 350z's have been built, but nothing like this. It's mainly parts from a r32 skyline.
