@rodyisrael Swapping an LS1 into a car is actually easier then you may think.
I normally have a friend named Anthony (Username: aknovaman on ls1tech. com/forums) do most of the wrenching or tuning I need done on my car, so he would probably be much more knowledgeable as well as more qualified to correctly answer your questions.

stock 317 heads? what is your compression ratio? i am working on a similar build except with 243 heads

@dre2013 Yes, it will have the Factory Stock LQ9 "317" heads. I believe GM rates the LQ9 at 10:1. So it will be a very mild pump gas street engine.

The LQ9 is from a 2004 Cadillac Escalade from LQK Auto Recyclers (junk yard).
