Ok..this is an update to my trouble below, older axis cameras such as the 2100 will not work on Vista, if you need to run IP Utility it will not run on windows Vista, you need to run it on Windows XP...the same with the DOS command, on Vista it will never find a new IP for your 2100 camera, it works fine on XP.
