when i first heard the soundtrack some of the pieces were actually quite difficult to tell if they were recorded or synthesized.

I can't even tell now, and I'm a serious musician. So far I think this tune was one of the synthesized, but then again, it could be the acoustics, the recording and the fact that a different orchestra is playing it which makes it sound to different.

i hope your version sounding like a ff isnt 7 because then you would fail. japan hates 7 because it was directed toward a more action packed crowd than well-crafted story lines. this is FF "sounding"

for a ff game in the 90's it worked well. but today when you have this latest technology you don't need to rely on syntheziser and electric guitars anymore. this is FF's sound trademark like in this video even if the boss battle music in FF7 is my favourite boss theme of all time.

I definitely think FF13 is gonna be the BEST non-Nobuo Uematsu FF soundtrack. I just seem to love every single song that I hear from it. I can't wait until it's out!
